Our story
How was Time-7HR born?
With the expansion of foreign companies and new business opportunities in Colombia, our founder identified a recurring situation: foreign companies arriving in the country, startups or growing Colombian companies that did not have —or did not want to have— a specialized structure to manage their HR processes, and especially to integrate Colombian labor and Social Security law and the SG-SST Minimum Standards into them.
However, Colombia has labor and Social Security conditions and obligations that must be analyzed from the moment of hiring and throughout the entire employment cycle. On top of this, companies must implement the SG-SST Minimum Standards set out in Resolution 0312 of 2019, according to their characteristics.
Building on this experience, and understanding that proper HR management means meeting legal obligations to protect both the company and its employees, she decided to put her more than 15 years of experience at the service of business owners, supporting them in the integrated management of these processes, backed by specialists in each area.

To ensure an efficient operation suited to the nature of the service, this option is available from a minimum number of employees per company.
Yes. All our services are formalized through a professional services agreement that sets out the scope, responsibilities and commercial terms agreed between the parties. This agreement provides legal certainty for both our clients and Time 7HR. As a professional service provided by a company, VAT is invoiced in accordance with current Colombian tax law.
